ISO/PAS 28007:2012 Certification

The start of 2014 already seems a dim and distant memory. Over the past 3 weeks we have been busy preparing for our Stage 2 audit for ISO/PAS 28007:2012.

Having successfully completed Stage 1 in November, we have continued to work hard towards ensuring compliance with this new Maritime Security Standard.

The certification is being embraced by the industry as a way of ensuring high standards and watertight processes to ensure the safety of transits and crews against Piracy at Sea.

Friday 24th January is a date that we will always remember, it was the day that we received official confirmation that we are one of a very few select organisations who have successfully achieved ISO/PAS 28007:2012 certification.

We have been focused on achieving this standard in order to be able to officially demonstrate to the industry what our existing clients already know, that we are a professional and highly competent provider of maritime security services.

Some of the key benefits of achieving this compliance include:

Our CEO, Chris Stewart has been delighted with the performance of his operators and administration team who have worked so diligently since the business started in 2011. He comments;

my team have made the ISO certification process such a smooth and rewarding experience. I would like to place on record my sincere gratitude to all my team for their continued hard work. When I started the business it was with the intention of providing superior maritime security, using only the best operators and backed with exceptional customer support. This certification is now proof that we stand apart from the majority of Private Maritime Security Companies and can be considered as the small family run business that stands with its head held high in a competitive marketplace dominated historically by larger providers.
